Soldier Love Story

Jared Marshall's life fell apart a year ago after his parents divorced. His father puts his job first, and his mother uproots him from Iowa to California to work. The kindhearted Sergeant First Class Vince Carerra, who grew up fatherless and got divorced because his wife was unfaithful while he was on duty, initiates a contact with the boy with 'fatherly' guidance. Vince visits Jared's home when his unit returns to Fort Sebastian. As a result, Vince becomes Jared's personal baseball instructor and, with a little help from Cupid, his mother's boyfriend.
