Second In Command
The president of a troubled Eastern European country escapes to the United States Embassy for protection after armed militants attempt a coup d'etat there. When the United States ambassador is assassinated by the vicious and gun-toting rebels, it is up to the second-in-command of the embassy, Sam Keenan, played by Belgian kickboxer Jean-Claude Van Damme, to employ his incredible martial arts technique to defend the besieged diplomatic compound.
