One Hundred and One Nights

Monsieur Cinema, who is a century old, lives alone in a sprawling villa. Because his memories are fading, he hires a young woman to tell him stories about every film ever made. Additionally, a parade of movie stars pays him a visit, restoring his enjoyment of life-but among them are several young students vying for his money in order to realize their film projects. The two narratives-Monsieur Cinema's and the lives of the young people-are told in tandem until the old guy appears in the students' film.
