It's a story of four guys who are striving to make a life, both for themselves and their families, through their work. Two contract murderers in jail, and two law enforcement officers who are investigating the murders, are shown in the film. A web of government corruption traps them in a deadly collision with each other and the people they care about, and their loved ones suffer as a result of the accident.
