Angela is able to find solace in her recent friendship with Brian, despite the tragic event that occurred when her mother took her own life. She receives a scary gift in the mail one day that contains a voyeuristic tape. The recording recounts the final days of her mother's life and discloses that her mother had been the target of someone who had been following, watching, or stalking her. As the number of people who have been killed in and around the town continues to climb, it becomes abundantly evident that this is not a simple coincidence.
