Manglehorn
AJ Manglehorn is a middle-aged man living in a tiny town. He takes care of his ailing cat, manages to have a conversation with the local bank teller every Friday, and eats at the same restaurant every day of the week.. A closer look reveals Manglehorn to be a former convict who, 40 years ago, gave up the woman of his dreams in order to take up a lucrative 'career' in the military. He is now obsessed with the decisions he has made on a daily basis. Manglehorn is unmasked as a man with a very, very dark background after making a big effort to start anew. He then confronts a horrific incident that forces him to confront his past.
