Trevor is an occasionally aggressive skinhead who has little regard for authority and would rather steal automobiles than sit in the correctional center to which he is transferred. Harry Parker, his social worker, makes an attempt, but Trevor is only interested when there is something he can gain from it. The administrators at the center attempt to coerce Trevor into conforming to social norms, but he seems unconcerned, preferring to spew in a stream of four-letter insults and racist slurs.
