When confronted with their children's troublesome behavior, an increasing number of parents in the United States are resorting to psychoactive medicine to help them deal, despite the fact that the drugs, and sometimes the diagnosis, remain controversial. Louis travels to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to visit one of the nation's leading children's psychiatric treatment centers, where he gets to know the children who have been diagnosed with mental illnesses and hopes to gain a better understanding of what motivates parents to put their children on medication.
