Life Is Ruff

Calvin Wheeler is a scheming 13-year-old boy who has everything going for him, except for one thing: an original issue of his favorite comic book, which he doesn't have. When a prized show dog pursues him while he's skating, his owner unwittingly urges him to acquire and train his own dog. However, the only dog that can be found is a stray Labrador/St. Bernard mix named Tyko from a local animal shelter. Tyko is too much for anyone to deal with.
