Le Grand Pardon
The Bettoun clan consists of Jewish Blackfoot kingpins of French organized crime: Raymond (the patriarch), Maurice (the son), Jacky (the nephew), Roland (the nephew), Albert (Raymond's cousin), Pépé (Raymond's acquaintance), and Samy (the bodyguard). Their activities include operating casinos, organizing underground boxing events, illegal gambling, prostitution, racketeering, and settling scores with other Arab and French clans in a brutal manner. Pascal Villars, though, has vowed the loss of the Bettoun from the shadows. He will successfully pit the Arab clan against the Jewish clan, much to the benefit of police commissioner Duché, who has spent the past ten years unsuccessfully attempting to bring down the Bettouns.
