Forty-five cyclists from all around embarked on the inaugural Trans Am Bike Race on June 7th2014, following the well-known TransAmerica Trail. Their goal is to complete a transcontinental race of epic proportions by racing 4,233 miles across ten states in a single massive stage event. Inspired To Ride follows a small group of these cyclists as they train, compete, and learn what it's like to ride 300 miles a day on little sleep. To reach to the finish line, they will rely exclusively on their physical and mental strength. Furthermore, they'll do it all on their own, with no crew, no support vehicles, and a lack of prize money at the finish.
