This is a dramatization of how one man helped save Jewish people from the Nazis in the city of Lvov in Poland. This book is based on the true story of Leopold Soha, who takes a risk to save a dozen people from certain death. First, he was only concerned with his own well-being. After 14 months, he hides Jewish refugees in the sewers of Lvov, which was occupied by the Nazis at the time (formerly Poland).
