Cully (Tom Sizemore), a two-bit hustler and the motorist for a Baja medication cartel, discovers himself depending on skilled-but-reluctant bounty hunter, Turk (Paul Sidhu), to avoid of the grips of an unflinching assassin (Kevin Gage), and ferocious goons led by a competing gang leader (Noel Gugliemi) after Cully has taken a cash cars and truck stuffed with cash money implied for his employer (Raymond J. Barry). The duo crosses courses with Crystal (Bai Ling), a sultry dancer with too many tricks and a higher risk in all of this than they initially realize. If Cully can convince Turk to accompany his crazy plans, he might make it back to his estranged partner (Vanessa Angel) and also child alive.
