Kid & Play, the hip hop duo who made their screen debut in 1990's House Party, return in this sequel to their first film. Child actor Kid Reid (Christopher "Kid" Reid) is preparing to tie the knot with his long-term girlfriend Veda (Angela Means), while Kid's friend Play (Christopher Martin) is dabbling in the music industry by managing a roughneck female rap act called Sex as a Weapon. The girls are booked for a concert with heavy-hitting public relations.
