Weirdo in love It is now time for Matt (Brandon W. Jones) to propose to Alexis (Julianne Moore) (Cassi Thomson). When it comes time for the big event, he tries out the proposal on his best friend, Liz (Christa B. Allen). His favorite romantic comedies tell him that if he follows all of their guidelines, he's guaranteed a "Yes!" When Alexis tells Matt he's only interested in the notion of being in a true relationship, it upsets him to no end. While binge-watching rom-coms, Matt has a plan to win Alexis back after an unforeseen setback. As a wingman, Liz will go with Matt even though she doesn't think it's a good idea. As long as it works, Matt will have to face the fact that he and Alexis may have grown apart. His heart is in a different place.
