Kyosuke Shikijo, a high school student, is the most talented member of the school's martial arts fist club. Kyosuke's late father worked as a detective, and he shares his father's strong sense of justice. Kyosuke has a secret as well. Kyosuke enjoys wearing female underwear and transforms into the alter ego "Hentai Kamen," who also wears female underwear and gains superhuman powers. This unusual interest is also influenced by his parents, his father being a masochist and his mother being a sadist. By chance, Kyosuke obtains the underwear of Aiko Himeno, a female high school student. He learns various pervert techniques while wearing her underwear and tries to protect Aiko from a filthy and heinous teacher.
