In order to win their second National Gymnastics Championship, the University of Oklahoma Sooners must find a way to overcome the loss of their star gymnast, Brenna Dowell, and learn to believe in themselves. With the assistance of Riley, a local breakdancing sensation, Chayse and her University of Oklahoma gymnastics teammates learn how to combine complicated breakdance techniques into their routines in order to gain a competitive advantage.
