Frost/Nixon
After being removed from office, Nixon kept silent for three years. In the summer of1977, however, the steely and shrewd former commander-in-chief consented to sit for a comprehensive interview to answer questions about his time in office and the Watergate crisis that terminated his presidency. Nixon startled everyone by choosing Frost as his television confessor, thinking to easily outwit the affable British entertainer and win the hearts of Americans. Similarly, Frost's squad questioned their leader's capacity to hold his own. As the cameras began to roll, though, a battle of wits ensued.
