Freaks Out
Matilde, Cencio, Fulvio, and Mario are like brothers and sisters when the tragedy of the Second World War hits Rome. In1943, they are working in a circus in Rome. Israel, the owner of the circus and their supposed father, disappears while trying to find a way for them all to escape to another country. Our four friends are in a tangle. Without anyone to look after them and without a circus, the four main characters have no place in society. They only feel like weirdos in a war-torn city.
