The brilliant Baron Frankenstein, whose work Dr Simon Helder had been attempting to replicate before to his imprisonment for crimes against humanity, is identified as the asylum's director by Helder, who has been committed to an insane asylum for crimes against humanity. Helder's medical knowledge is put to use by Frankenstein for a project that he has been working on for quite a while. Using organs harvested from numerous asylum inmates, he is putting together a human being. Moreover, in order to obtain the best specimens for his most ambitious endeavor to date, the Baron will resort to murder.
