First Kid
Some think being a country's leader is one of the world's most lonely positions. Being a world leader's child has many perks. Surrounded by security officials, restricted in movement, and monitored virtually constantly, normalcy is impossible. No one knows this better than Luke Davenport, President Davenport's son. Isolation from family and friends is expressed by being a spoiled brat to his personal Secret Service agent. An agent replaces the one who snapped in front of the First Lady. He is the massive Sam Simms, a rogue who rose through the Secret Service ranks via sheer tenacity rather than careful devotion to protocol. Luke first plays all his old tricks on Sam. But instead of yelling, Sam appears to comprehend it.
