Despite the fact that he hasn't returned to school, Stephen Chow reprises his role as Chow Sing-Sing, the annoying undercover detective who manages to get himself into all kinds of trouble. As a result, Chow poses as the spouse of a wealthy socialite (Anita Mui), which does not go down well with his fiancée, played by Cheung Man, who tries to persuade Chow to abandon his undercover job as well.
