Happy Barber, Playboy, Hong Kong Chan opens a chic new salon adjacent to a traditional Shanhainese barbershop. Chuk, the proprietor, is enraged by this development and has a confrontation with Chan and his coworkers during his new venture's opening ceremony. Ying, Chuk's beautiful daughter, is compelled to maintain order. Chan and his friends all make attempts to court Ying but end up getting drunk and passing out in her bedroom. Ying later realizes she is pregnant, but no one can recall which of the trio committed the act. Chan and his buddies make an attempt to do the right thing by coming together during her pregnancy in order to ascertain the genuine identity of the father. When the kid is born, it is discovered that all potential fathers share the same blood type, and confusion reigns once more.
