Evel Knievel
Robbie "Evel" Knievel (George Eads) is the subject of this action-packed biopic directed by John Badham, which follows the life of the legendary daredevil. Prior to the widespread popularity of extreme activities such as skydiving, the hard-living exhibitionist would vault his motorcycle over steep canyons, boxes of poisonous snakes, and menacingly glaring cougars. However, as Knievel collected cash and world records (as well as 35 broken bones), his desire for whiskey and females outweighed his passion for adventure and he became more and more addicted to them.
