Dracula 2000's sequel Jason Scott Lee's Father Uffizi hunts vampires. Aside from finding the first vampire, Dracula (played by Judas Iscariot in Dracula 2000), his ultimate purpose is to pardon Dracula of his sins against Jesus, release his soul, and terminate his wicked existence. So when Uffizi finds Dracula's burnt remains in the New Orleans morgue, he goes there. Liz Blaine [Diane Neal] and Luke [Jason London] are assigned to autopsy the deceased. Opening the abdomen reveals white liver and other organs, indicating to Luke that the person is a vampire who obtained his blood from elsewhere.
