Judy O'Brien is a member of a dancing team who is hoping to be a ballerina. Bubbles, a brazen mantrap who quits the faltering troupe to pursue a career in burlesque, is also a member of the troupe. Bubbles assigns Judy to a menial position as her stooge after the company is forced to close its doors. When they both fell for the same man, the two eventually collide.
