The future has arrived, and youth gang violence is at such a high level that the neighborhoods surrounding some schools have become "free-fire zones" where even the police will not go chevalier. When Kennedy High School principal Miles Langford seeks to reclaim his school from the gangs, robotics expert Dr. Robert Forrest delivers "tactical education units."
