Dean, Duncan, and DJ Beatroot are young friends from Glasgow who embark on the Duke of Edinburgh Award camping trip, where foraging, collaboration, and orienteering are the order of the day. The Duke of Edinburgh Award is based on a real-life program. In the Scottish Highlands, the group is matched with Ian, a fellow camper who is keen to play by the rules, despite their eagerness to smoke pot and let loose. The boys are being pursued by a sinister power intent on extinguishing their futures after veering off course into a desolate field that is worlds apart from their metropolitan comfort zone.
