Family has always come first for Brie, Daniel, Crew, and Jess, who are all siblings. However, when Crew (Daniel DiTomasso) invites his girlfriend Sara (Kate French) to live with them, tensions between the siblings begin to rise. Brie (Fiona Dourif) becomes resentful as she perceives Sara as a threat, and she becomes increasingly concerned that she is being replaced. The night Crew, on the other hand, is intent on murdering her in their home. Brie is sent to a mental facility where she is plagued with hallucinations of Crew from the night of the attack, which she believes to be true. But as Brie begins to see visions that appear to be blending into reality, she becomes concerned that she may be losing control of her mind, and she flees the facility. The search for her remaining siblings and warning them leads Brie down a dark path of gory, sinister secrets that leads her to feel she may not be as close to her family as she believed.
