Ollie Dee and Stanley Dum attempt to borrow money from their employer, the toymaker, in order to pay off the mortgage on Mother Peep's shoe and keep it and Little Bo Peep safe from the evil Barnaby. When that fails, they dupe Barnaby into marrying Stanley Dum rather than Bo Peep. Barnaby, enraged, summons the bogeymen from their caverns to destroy Toyland.
