American Ninja

Having been given the choice between enlisting in the army or going to prison, Joe Armstrong, an orphaned vagrant with little regard for anything other than martial arts, finds himself on an American Army post in the Philippines. One of his battalion's first missions involves driving a convoy, and the platoon is assaulted by a gang of rebels who attempt to take the weapons the platoon is transporting as well as capture the daughter of the base colonel.
