When two freshmen pledges are admitted into the largest party fraternity on campus, they believe they have it all. The Alphas will continue to live in their house until the assistant dean orders them to share it with a sorority, or they will be expelled from school. As a result, the pledges persuade the other inhabitants of the house to take back what is rightfully theirs, resulting in an epic battle of the sexes to defend their right to party.
