After She Wakes
After the tragic death of her baby son, a narcoleptic mother with a young daughter suffers from terrifying sleep disturbances as they try to deal with the pain and grief they still have to deal with every day. Night terrors and sleep paralysis start to happen to them, leaving them unable to move and only able to see horrible visions. This is called parasomnia, and it can happen to anyone. Because these dreams make a hole in their own reality, the mother thinks that someone or something is watching her every night. It soon happens that the scary dreams they had start to come true, leaving the mother in danger.
