Maniac Tales

It tells the story of Juan, a Mexican illegal immigrant living in New York City. He gets a job as a doorman in an old building of the city. "Maniac Tales," a popular TV show, has a screenwriter who lives in the building. The screenwriter has gone missing with the last script of the season, and a reward is being offered to anyone who can find the script and bring it back to him. Juan decides to look for it. When he gets into the screenwriter's apartment, he finds out that the TV show has a lot of creepy secrets that are connected to the building where the show is set.
