In the movie 100UP, the will to live is looked at. It shows a colorful group of people who are at least 100 years old from all over the world. They have lived for more than a hundred years and have seen many important historical events, but they don't think about the past. Instead, they look forward. Even though they know the clock is ticking, these centenarians hold on to life and set new goals with a joie de vivre, refusing to accept that their bodies are betraying them. Time is both an enemy and a friend to them. They have beaten diseases, lost partners, and some have even lived through the birth of their own children. Still, these active, curious, and creative people who are over 100 years old are very good at starting over every day.
