Attempting to salvage political face under the guise of inclusion and partnership, the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) has taken control of the Tribal Police Force that controls the four Indian Reservations that surround the city. Samantha Woodburn, the Interim Tribal Chief, is attempting to overcome political red tape while simultaneously proving herself among the old-white-boys club of the Metropolitan Police Department.
