The Storm

The Storm is an American science fiction disaster miniseries directed by Bradford May and released in 2009. Based on a prior teleplay by Matthew Chernov and David Rosiak, it was written by David Abramowitz and Dennis A. Pratt and centered around a weather creation system created by the Atmospheric Research Institute that poses a threat to life on Earth when used by the military. However, while Dr. Jonathan Kirk, Danni Wilson, Devon Williams, and Stilman seek to save the world, he is being pursued by assassins. The film's opening segment aired on the NBC network on July26, 2009. Part two was broadcast on August2, 2009.
