At the end of the last summertime holiday of senior high school, Youta Narukami invests his days preparing for the university entrance examinations, when a young girl called Hina all of a sudden appears, declaring herself as the "god of omniscience." Youta is confused as well as does not believe Hina when she informs him "The world will end in thirty day." After seeing Hina's God-like anticipating capability, Youta begins to think her powers are genuine. Hina, who is innocent and childish despite her mythological powers, chooses for one reason or another to stay at Youta's house. Hence begins the begin of their vibrant summer season before the end of the world.
