Tatau
Tatau follows Kyle and Budgie, two twenty-something London buddies who embark on a global trip. Kyle gets a Maori-style tattoo before the trip to commemorate their eventual destination, the Cook Islands. Kyle discovers the dead body of Aumea, a native girl, while swimming in a lagoon. Kyle returns to the lagoon with the cops only to discover that her body has vanished. Kyle, on the other hand, is aware of what he witnessed. Desperate to find out what occurred, Kyle and Budgie are drawn deeper and deeper into a world of Maori myths, symbols, and hallucinogenic visions... until the true significance of Kyle's tattoo is revealed.
