Sungkyunkwan Scandal is a 2010 South Korean fusion historical drama about a girl who disguises herself as a boy in order to attend Sungkyunkwan, the Joseon Dynasty's most prestigious educational institution, where women were forbidden. It was directed by Kim Won-seok and written by Kim Tae-hee, based on Jung Eun-2007 gwol's best-selling novel The Lives of Sungkyunkwan Confucius Scholars. Park Min-young, Park Yuchun, Yoo Ah-in, and Song Joong-ki star. It aired on KBS2 on Mondays and Tuesdays at 21:55 from 30 August to 2 November 2010 for a total of 20 episodes.
