Six elementary school pupils and their relationships with their peers and instructors are the focus of this drama series. In North America, the title refers to the time during the school day when kids aren't in class and are outside in the schoolyard. They construct their own government and class structure in their civilization, which is set against the backdrop of a regular school.. Disney Channel aired repeats of the original ABC broadcast of Recess, which ran from 1997 to 2001.
