Peep Show is a British sitcom starring David Mitchell and Robert Webb that has won several awards. The couple met at the fictional Dartmouth University and now live together in Croydon, South London. Mark works as a loan manager at the fictional JLB Credit, then as a waiter, and last as a bathroom supply salesperson. He is well-off monetarily, yet he is uncomfortable and socially inept, with a negative and cynical outlook. Jeremy is currently living in Mark's spare room after breaking up with his girlfriend Big Suze before the first show. He is normally considerably more upbeat and enthusiastic than Mark, but his self-proclaimed musical skill has yet to be recognized, and he is not as popular or gorgeous as he would like to think, while being more successful with the opposite sex than Mark.
