When the wicked Bai Yue sect threatens to bring immense pain to the world, three renowned martial arts masters, Bai Di (He Zhong Hua), Xue Gu (Wang Jiu Sheng), and the "Blood Demon," Shu Xuewei (Lu Fang Sheng), join forces with the master of Listening Snow Tower to combat evil and restore peace. Unfortunately, even the best-laid schemes can go horribly wrong. Hua Lian (Jessica Hsuan), the chief of the Bai Yue Sect, entraps the Blood Demon's mind with the use of a sacred bell, leading him to murder his wife before killing himself. Bai Di adopts and raises the Blood Demon's orphaned daughter, Shu Jingrong (Crystal Yuan), as his own. Jingrong, Qinglan (Han Cheng Yu), Qingyu (Zhao Dong Ze), and Xiao Yiqing (Qin Jun Jie) learn Wulin alongside her master's disciples. Though there may be a period of tranquility, catastrophe is never far distant. When disaster strikes, Jingrong realizes she is plagued with misfortune and is overcome with guilt. But guilt will not keep her down for long. Taking up her father's Blood Rose Sword, Jingrong joins heart and hands with Listening Snow Tower's young master, Xiao Yiqing, battling together until they breathe their ultimate breaths against the expanding evil of the Bai Yue Sect.
