The story is set in Nagasaki and takes place in a world where a small element of magic still exists in everyday life. Hitomi Tsukishiro, a 17-year-old witch descendent, grew up with stale emotions due to the loss of her sense of color at an early age. Kohaku, a great witch, feels terrible for her granddaughter's destiny and sends Hitomi back in time to the year 2018. The story explores Hitomi's development as a person through dialogues with her 17-year-old grandma and her club members.
