Fried
Fried follows the staff at the "Seriously Fried Chicken" restaurant in Croydon, which is struggling. We watch the group as they try to make it in the dirty world of nugget vending under the watchful eye of Mary, their branch manager who is always upbeat but not very good at her job. Bitter assistant manager Derek, who has worked at the restaurant "since it was a Wimpy," wants her job. Then there's Joe, a nerdy teenager who has only eyes for Amara. There's also Ed, a foul-mouthed, self-centered guy who has decided they're best friends, and Shontal, an older man who is always angry. The team has to deal with the customers, each other, and the smell of oil every week.
