Ned, a blue-skinned extraterrestrial, and his lieutenant Cornelius were brought to Earth to scout the planet in preparation for an impending invasion — but instead became enthralled with the culture of the planet. They now conduct a talk show, which is broadcast from the bridge of their spaceship, which is concealed deep underground.
