Pretty teenage karate student Megu joins a group of older friends on a camping trip into the woods, including intellectual female Aya, her druggie lover Také, big-breasted model Maki, and bookish Naoi. Megu is burdened with guilt over the suicide of her sister Ai, who was bullied by high school bullies. Maki discovers a parasitic worm inside one of the fish they catch, and then eats it alive in the expectation that it will help her maintain her slim figure. In such settings, it is hardly surprising that zombies would appear shortly thereafter and further complicate matters. After being surrounded by a horde of feces-covered zombies emerging from an outhouse toilet, the group seeks safety at the odd home of Dr. Tanaka and his daughter Sachi. However, unbeknownst to them, Tanaka has been conducting tests on the parasites—and the zombies!—and has other plans for the city's five foreigners.
