Zatoichi
Zatoichi is a blind nomad who lives as a gambler and masseur in the nineteenth century. He is, however, a skilled swordsman with a lightning-fast draw and amazing precision hidden beneath his unassuming exterior. Zatoichi encounters an isolated mountain town at the mercy of Ginzo, a violent gang-leader, while traveling. Ginzo dispatches everybody who stands in his way, especially after recruiting Hattori, a powerful samurai ronin, as a bodyguard. Zatoichi meets a pair of geishas who've come to avenge their parents' murder after a wild night of gambling in town. Ginzo's henchmen are hunting Zatoichi as the paths of these and other colorful characters cross. The setting is set for a thrilling clash with his famed cane sword at his side.
