Women of '69, Unboxed
By looking at one class from1969, which includes Hillary Clinton, you get an intimate, personal look at 1960s women from their own eyes, as they begin to experience the New Old Age at 65. Many of the prominent Boomers, whose parents set the precedent, are now asking more of themselves than they did in the past. Where will they end up next? Many of these individuals are adamant about continuing to make a splash. The class yearbook serves as the catalyst for these recollections/revelations to surface. I collaborated with an exotic Turkish artist to create these sensual images that are full of '60s-inspired danger and innovation. Although this yearbook didn't actually have pages, it was nonetheless an excellent resource. Each alumna received her photographs loose leaf and packaged in a box.
