Willow
The evil queen Bavmorda imprisons all pregnant women within the impregnable fortress of Nockmaar out of fear that a prophecy predicting the birth of a girl child will lead to her destruction. Elora Danan is born in the dungeons of Nockmaar, and a marking on her arm identifies her as the promised child. Before the dark witch arrives to seize the infant, Elora's mother persuade the midwife to flee with the newborn. Willow, a timid farmer and aspiring sorcerer, is charged with protecting the royal newborn from the forces of evil.
